Dining on Ultramarine
There are two restaurants on Ultramarine serving excellent-quality food. On Deck 5, Balena restaurant is the ship’s main dining room, with seating for all guests and a choice of smaller or larger communal tables. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout provide outstanding views while you are dining. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet-style with a large selection of classics, and the evening meal is ordered from a rotating menu.
Bistro 487 is a smaller eatery located on deck 7. It offers a more intimate setting and indoor and outdoor seating. It offers a variety of healthy options along with the usual classics and is also open for an early riser’s breakfast.

Explorer suites are well-proportioned but don't have balconies. Instead, they have a large window, so avoid these cabins if a balcony is necessary.
